DBDL strives to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. However, DBDL cannot guarantee, implicitly or explicitly, that any DBDL Document is accurate, complete or reliable, or that the use of such DBDL Document will not infringe the rights of third parties.
DBDL does not guarantee that the functional and / or technical aspects of the Platform or any DBDL Document are free from any error or that the Platform, DBDL Documents or the servers allowing their availability are free of viruses or other harmful components.
The description of the products and their photos on the site may vary slightly from the product delivered.

Like most Platforms, DBDL logs IP addresses and uses cookies and other similar technologies that allow us to recognize you and personalize your experience, as well as to provide us with information about how visitors access our Platform.

Terms of Sale

We can modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Therefore, please check them regularly in order to be kept informed of updates.
By ordering through our site, you represent and warrant that you are a bona fide customer and end user making a purchase for your own use or the personal use of a third party, and that you will not deliver, sell not or in any other way distribute our products, or purchase our products or services for commercial purposes.
All orders placed through our site are subject to availability or are put into production. The products presented on the Platform, which cannot be added to the basket, are not available for sale on the Platform. The DBDL Client Relations Center can provide more information with regard to these products.
Unless otherwise stipulated, all prices indicated on the product pages of the Platforms or indicated by the Client Relations Center include sales taxes / VAT, but exclude delivery costs and all other taxes.
Shipping costs are not shown on the product pages but will be added to the product price after choosing your delivery options. A summary of these charges will be provided before you are asked to confirm and place your order, and these charges will also appear in any emails we exchange with you once you have chosen your delivery options.
We ensure that product prices and delivery charges are correct at the time the relevant information has been entered into the system or given to you.
When ordering on the platform, you will need to indicate your payment details on the appropriate form.
Once you have made your selection and placed your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgment (by email or otherwise, confirming your order details along with an order reference number). Be sure to keep this order reference number for any further inquiries or inquiries regarding your order.
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that delivery is made by the carrier within the estimated delivery times from the date of our Written Confirmation of Order and Shipment, and in any event within thirty (30 ) days following this date, unless your purchase relates to a product or service which will require an additional delivery time, for example products or services that we personalize or manufacture according to your instructions.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract created by our written order confirmation without giving any reason fourteen (14) days from the date you acquire, or anyone you appoint (other than the carrier) acquires possession physical product of your order.
To cancel the contract and return your product (s), you can contact our Customer Relations Center and follow the instructions given to you, or you can send us an unequivocal statement in writing, such as a letter or an e-mail to: DBDL from the contact page.

Manufacturer's warranty

We are committed to ensuring that each product meets our quality criteria, both technical and aesthetic.
Our products are covered by the DBDL Guarantee. If you would like to repair a product covered by the DBDL Warranty, please call our Customer Relations Center for more information.
Our DLC coatings are extremely resistant but subject to normal wear, which over time gives them a certain patina.
As a consumer, you may have legal rights under applicable law governing the sale of consumer goods.
